Jr. High Fitness Graduates!

Class # 1 – Corben Havener, Andrew Shipley, Derek Barron and Zachary Guerra

The Montgomery County Family YMCA is pleased to announce the latest graduate of its Jr. High Fitness Class. The Jr. High Fitness Class teaches 6th-8th graders the proper use of the equipment, technique, and breathing to benefit their training. Terry Snyder, the YMCA’s Strength & Conditioning Coach, leads the class.

Class participants must show responsibility to be on time for each class & willingness to participate during class to meet class requirements. Upon completion of the class, successful participants are able to use the Health & Wellness Center with an adult accompanying them.
