Tentative Schedule for August 20th-26th - 

It may seem like a quiet week, but school is gearing up and OUR POOL IS OPEN AGAIN!!!! Come check out the sparkling clean water! Be sure to check out the rest of the facility while you are at it. We've cleaned carpets and furniture, waxed the lobby and multipurpose room (3x) and the track is shiny again, refinished the gym floor, cleaned the dust bunnies hiding in the corners of the windowsills - and scrubbed everything we could get our hands on from top to bottom.
We hope you enjoy the hard work we have put in to the Y to keep it in tip-top shape for you! We are excited to see everyone again!

This week we are scrubbing everything from top to bottom! We are dusting, sweeping, painting, vacuuming, shampooing, refinishing, and power washing everything we can get our hands on! Once the fumes clear and the dust settles we will open back up - Monday, August 20th @ 5AM!

Montgomery County Family YMCA Press Release (Red Oak, Iowa)

The Montgomery County Family YMCA started a new program on every 2^nd Friday of the month called Coffee, Cards, and Conversation. Members and non-members alike are welcome to come between 9 and 11:30 a.m. to the Multi-Purpose room. Coffee, cards, checkers, and dominoes are provided. It’s a chance to spend time with people in the community and forge new relationships or maintain old ones. Countless studies have shown the connection between social contact and longevity and the YMCA believes in the importance of not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind.
