The Montgomery County Family YMCA started a new program on every 2nd Friday of the month called Coffee, Cards, and Conversation. Members and non-members alike are welcome to come between 9 and 11:30 a.m. to the Multi-Purpose room. Coffee, cards, checkers, and dominoes are provided. It’s a chance to spend time with people in the community and forge new relationships or maintain old ones. Countless studies have shown the connection between social contact and longevity and the YMCA believes in the importance of not only a healthy body, but a healthy mind.
