Chair Rudee DeMarce of Red Oak, Iowa and who also serves on the Montgomery
County Family YMCA’s board of directors announced that the YMCA in 2013 was
able raise a record $56,600 for the YMCA’s 2013 Annual Campaign program. DeMarce shared the annual campaign funds

denied membership or program opportunities“ if experiencing financial
limitations. DeMarce also shared annual
campaign funds assist the Montgomery County Family YMCA in servicing our
community and area with fitness, youth programs, swimming, recreation, child
education, older active adult programing and much more.
DeMarce indicated that the 2014 Annual Campaign
theme is “The Y. So Much More.” The campaign goal has been set at $56,000 and
the campaign volunteer team will be preparing to conduct the annual campaign in
mid March 2014 to late April, 2014!
