Our deepest condolences go out to one of our own, Yoga Instructor Carrie Shalters, who has just lost her young and most courageous son. Our thoughts and prayers go with her and her family and friends during this difficult time.
Because of these unforeseeable circumstances Yoga and Chair Yoga classes are being suspended for the immediate future. Thank you for understanding.
