Who can use the online registration tool?
-Current and past members, or those who have registered for programs in that past. We must have your current e-mail address on file for you to use this tool.
What can I do with the online registration tool?
-You can use your online account to register for classes, programs and events at the Montgomery County Family YMCA. You can also access your contact information, payment information, print off past receipts and even donate.
Can I register for programs at other YMCA's using this tool?
-No. This Online Registration tool is for the Montgomery County Family YMCA only. To sign up for events at another YMCA please contact them to find out how.
I have registered for programs at the Y in the past and tried to find my account, but it's saying I'm not found. What do I do?
-Please send your current information including your e-mail address to the webmaster @ email@example.com
What if I forgot my password?
-Click on the link that says "Log In" on the right hand corner of the Online Registration page. Underneath the password box click on the link that says, "Forgot your password?" Enter your e-mail address and a new password will be sent to you.
What if my e-mail address or other information has changed?
-Log in to your account. In the upper right hand corner click on the link that says, "My Account". From there you will see options where you can update your contact information, your e-mail address and/or password.
What if I have never registered for a program at the Montgomery County Family YMCA before?
-Please e-mail the webmaster @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your current information - must include your full name, birthday, address, phone number, and e-mail address. If applicable please include information for your spouse and children as well (MUST include full name and birth date). The webmaster will get that information added for you as soon as possible (normally within 1-3 business days) and will e-mail you a temporary password. You should then be able to register for programs online. If you need to register for a program sooner then that, please come in to the Y to fill out a registration form and a Customer Service Representative can help you.
I'm trying to create a new account but it is saying my e-mail address is not unique - what do I do?
-This means that your e-mail address is listed for more than one person in our system (sometimes this happens for other people on your account - normally dependents/children.) Please e-mail me @ email@example.com or call the Y at 712-623-2161 so we can remove your
e-mail address from the other accounts.
I'm trying to pay but it keeps hanging up?
-This seems to happen with certain browsers or mobile applications. Please use a different browser or try from a computer.
