RE:  Results of YMCA’s 17^th Annual Run, Punt & Pass Contest

The Montgomery County Family YMCA 17^th Annual Run, Punt & Pass Contest was held Saturday, October 15. The Optimist Club of Red Oak was a co-sponsor of the event and provided free sports drink to all the contestants.

Contestants were scored on their distance and accuracy during the passing and punting portion of the contest. They also received points based on their best time in the 40-yard dash. Awards were given to the top three- (3) finishers in each of the following age divisions: 5-6 years old & under, 7-8 years old, 9 – 11 years old, and 12-13 years old.

The YMCA would like to thank the various Optimist Club members and parents present that helped with the event.
