YMCA Corner - Kai Swanson

YMCA Corner

Kai Swanson has been a member for over 10 years and would recommend it to anyone. Being able to choose between working out individually or joining any of the available Y Fitness Classes which are now free for members makes it accommodating for everyone. Exercise has always been important to her both physically and mentally.

“The YMCA for me has always been a great way to start my day. It offers a wide variety of activities for anyone who enjoys exercise and overall wellness. Our Y is a great place with a friendly, helpful atmosphere.” She said.

When dealing with life’s daily demands, it’s important that individuals have support they can lean on. Adults need help finding balance in life and managing their health. Children need safe environments where they’re nurtured and motivated to reach their full potential. Seniors need a place where they can be active and find camaraderie. Families need opportunities and places to connect and strengthen relationships with one another.

At the Montgomery County Family YMCA, we have something for everyone. The Y offers a unique combination of programs that improve health, nurture youth, and connect you to the community that you’ll only find at the Y. Programs include Boot Camp, Express Pump, Yoga, Chair Yoga, Aquacise, Lifestyle Splash, Swim Lessons, Adult & Youth Tennis Lessons, and Summer Day Camp to name a few.
